Email support@walletfeed.app. Include your iPhone model, your iOS version and, for a destination, its type. Never send API keys or transaction details.
Common questions
If your cards don’t appear
Open Settings › Cards › Add Card and choose the accounts to share. WalletFeed reads Apple Card, Apple Cash and Savings in the US.
If a destination shows “Authentication failed”
The service rejected the destination’s key, token or sign-in, or its permissions changed. Open Destinations, tap the destination, then tap Replace Key, Replace Token or Sign In Again. WalletFeed keeps the destination’s sync position, so it continues where it stopped.
Sync timing
While WalletFeed is open, transactions arrive within seconds. In the background, iOS decides when WalletFeed can run, so it can take an hour or longer. File destinations update when you open WalletFeed, when a Shortcuts automation runs, or while your iPhone charges. To set up an automation, open Settings › Automations in WalletFeed.
Pending charges
Most destinations receive a pending charge right away and update it when it posts, and declined or expired charges are removed. OFX and QIF files include a charge once it posts. Webhooks, Zapier, Make and AWS queues and streams receive each change as an event, for your server or automation to apply.
Choose which transactions a destination receives
Open the destination and turn on Filter to choose accounts, categories or a minimum amount. With Apple Intelligence, you can also describe a rule, such as “travel over $50, not Uber”.
Change or cancel your plan
In WalletFeed, open Settings › Manage Subscription. You can also open the Settings app, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. Restore Purchases is on the WalletFeed Pro screen.
Delete your data
WalletFeed has no servers, so there’s no account or server data to delete. Removing a destination deletes its key and sync position from your iPhone. Transactions already sent stay at that service. See the privacy policy.
